We are loving these as a family and I was debating putting these under kiddos snacks or breakfast but it really can be for the entire family! All the flavor, no refined sugars and gluten free I’ve been really trying to keep my kids fueled with foods that don’t spike their blood sugar and fiber filled snacks and meals that keep them energized and full!

I’m a huge fan and as usual on this gut healing plan I’m not doing grains or sugar - aside from natural sugars in fruit so this was really surprising to me as many times I’ll also use bananas to sweeten but it wasn’t necessary!

So with this thick and creamy puree I thought I’d make oats like I usually do, boil water, add oats, add sea salt, add vanilla extract, and voila - oats! But this time there was a twist with some fun puree and its great to start your day with a little ginger and ACV!

That is, if it is used in its true and natural form which is hard to find in the US with the FDA regulations on cheese. However, I did find a beautiful raw cheese from Germany and its was quite delectable.

Most of my recipes are vegetarian, vegan or somewhat flexitarian. However, I give options so you can add in meat or poultry. I also like to provide recipes that I eat and that is usually gluten free, but not always, recently dairy free, but not always, so I don’t really know what to classify my recipes other than Flexitarian! So let’s go with that!
First, the recipe was beyond simple. If you stock any sort of gluten free flours at your home, have some bananas you are good to go with this recipes! I really don’t like over complicated recipes and the easier and healthier it is, the better!
