During my gut reset these have been great for those mornings with the kiddos when I just have zero time to make any sort of healthy breakfast aside from a smoothie and I want something a little more filing but can’t have the grains and want the protein. These cups have been a lifesaver!

I especially enjoy them when its chilly outside and its been sub zero temps here in Denver lately and I was missing my oats being on this gut reset. So I decided to add in some maple chicken sausage and do a full on egg crust-less casserole. Of course, I had to add in all the veggies and topped it with some pretty delectable Parmigiano-Reggiano has a host of health benefits with its enzymes. That is, if it is used in its true and natural form which is hard to find in the US with the FDA regulations on cheese. However, I did find a beautiful raw cheese from Germany and its was quite delectable.
