You guys posting these videos has been a dream! I’m so elated with all of the positive feedback I’ve been hearing! Thank you so much for following along. I can’t tell you how much it means to me!
I wanted to create these videos as a way to share what I love and a release for me and my students on a weekly basis. I truly love what I do and I’m so excited I get to share it with all of you!
This week is Yoga for Anxiety.
Let’s be real for a second, we lived in a stressed out Nation!
Over 79% of Americans are Stressed!
Over 26% of adults in America are suffering from a diagnosable mental disorder
Approx 18% of Americans affected by Anxiety disorders and on the rise in the younger generation.
We need to do something about this!
I take personal responsibility and find it my duty to share with all of you how I help reduce my anxiety and much of it is through breath work and yoga. Other aspects are meditation, journaling, time to myself, workouts, outdoor walks and etc.
It’s SO important to move your body every day. In whatever form you deem is best for you and that makes you feel the best, that’s what you should do!
Yoga isn’t for everyone. However, I do encourage you to at least try it. You never know what will strike you until you try it!
For me, I am stepping outside of my zone and trying a hip hop class because I know I’m terrible at it. Because of that, I’m trying it. Testing my limits and who knows? I may like it!
