As a Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor one of my joys is to teach. However, I can’t be everywhere all the time! So as a request from my students I wanted to start creating yoga videos, one of my passions, and sharing them with all of you!
This is the first edition of Yoga on my website and on my YouTube channel! I hope to include weekly yoga routines that cover all of your needs including Yoga for PMS, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Depression, Yoga for Strength and so much more!
