Creamy Ranch Dressing (GF)
Ok, how many of you were Hidden Valley Ranch fans back in the day? Ok, so maybe you have to be from the Midwest to appreciate this, but we literally put in on EVERYTHING! Nothing was off limits, including pizza!
While I haven’t had Ranch in several years, I do enjoy the Primal Kitchen one until I found a way to make my own tasty dressing! So much cheaper and so EASY to make! I literally put this on everything and it tastes so fresh!
Super easy recipe here and the only thing I recommend is to buy your own dressing container. I purchased mine from Home Goods but Amazon has a ton of selections. The dressing bottle I purchased actually has 4 recipes for dressings on it, which is pretty awesome! So do yourself a favor and invest in this little goodie!
Ingredients:
3-4 springs of fresh dill
1/2 cup whole full fat yogurt
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt or garlic powder
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Break apart 3-4 sprigs of fresh dill with your hand or chop into small pieces
In a bowl combine yogurt, ACV, mayo and garlic powder. Add dill and water and still until mixed well with a whisk.
Pour into a dressing jar or container and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks for best tasting dressing! Add to your salads or really anything that needs that extra Midwestern kick!
As always, thanks for following along! I’d love to hear your feedback, please feel free to leave a comment below!
