After an initial consult we will work together to create a custom 3-6 month coaching package that will enable you to best fulfill your needs and meet your health goals that we develop. As your coach, I serve as a guide with you fully engaged to create realistic, attainable and lasting lifestyle changes. My goal by the end of our time together is that you are able to fully carry on with the lifestyle changes on your own with lasting success. The price is based on a hourly rate that we will determine the total coaching package which varies by client depending on hours needed.
