8 Min Sculpted Arm Series: Shoulders | Resistance Band Workouts

Here it is, the final series of my 8 minutes to sculpted arm series finishing out with shoulders! I usually like to combine my shoulder workouts with an ab series so I’ll head there next!

A few simple movements using just resistance bands and there you go! Follow along for max burn!

  • Round 1 Overhead to Forward Raise

  • Round 1 Forward Hold & Pulse

  • Round 2 Overhead to Forward Raise

  • Round 2 Forward Hold & Pulse

  • Round 3 Overhead to Forward

  • Overhead Extension & Pulse

  • Rotator Cuff Raise & Pulse

  • Round 1 Box Arm Lifts

  • Round 1 Box Arm Pulses

  • Round 1 Box Arm Lift & Pulse

  • Round 2 Box Arm Lifts

  • Round 2 Box Arm Pulses

  • Round 2 Box Arm Lift & Pulse

  • Box Arm Hold
